She is survived by: her husband Frank Chillemi; her daughter Janine Chillemi; her brothers, Patrick Puluse (Jo-Ann) of Hawthorne, Richard Puluse (Nancy) of Hawthorne and Anthony Puluse (Gina) of Hawthorne; her cousins, Vanessa Nienhouse (Jim) and Damion Puluse; her uncle Don Puluse (Jeana); and her pet Princess. She is also survived by cousins, numerous nieces and nephews.
