He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth DuBois and Elroy DuBois; his former wife Anne; his sister Dolores Mulazzi; and his nephew David Mulazzi.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia MacDonnell; his stepchildren, Robert MacDonnell, Jeanine LoRusso (Michael) and Scott MacDonnell (Michele); his stepgrandchildren, Grace, Natalie, Emily, Anna and Brynn; his children, Orry (Leslie), Mark (Carolyn), Daniel (Gretchen) and Ruthanne (Michael); his grandchildren, Ryan, Samantha, David, Stephen, Mark, Daniel, Olivia, Sean, Madeleine and Isabelle; and his nephews, John, Christopher and Andrew Mulazzi.
