It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Gulizio of Hawthorne, New Jersey, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Comito and Anna Comito; her husband Leo Gulizio (Lee); her siblings, Frances Castorina (Carl), Carmela Citero (Sam), Mickey and Charles Comito; and her sister-in-law Mary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Frances Lauretta (Frank) of Hawthorne and Laura Grimsland (Jan) of Wayne; her granddaughter Leena Lauretta; and her sister Marion (late Morris).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital in Mildred's memory.
