Carre of Hawthorne, New Jersey, born in Verona, New Jersey, who passed away on January 2, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Peter F. Carré; her daughter Linda Achtau; and her siblings, Victor, Albert and Martha Yost.
She is survived by: her children, Peter C. Carré of Hawthorne and Kathy Scully (Joseph) of Long Valley; and her grandchildren, Renee, Michael, Steven and Michelle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hawthorne Ambulance Corps. or to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
