He is survived by: his parents, Sante Gentile and Dora Gentile of Hawthorne; and his siblings, Lucianna Lanza of Florida, Lucretia Gensel of North Carolina and Lorenzo Gentile (Carol Bevilacqua) of Hawthorne. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
An avid lover of animals, he was generous to various animal causes and donated to several charitable organizations such as Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children, which in his memory, you may choose to donate to.
