With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leona May Ehman (Hawthorne, New Jersey), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Lewis and William Lewis; and her siblings, Billy, Norman, Charlotte (Osinga) and Evelyn (Williams).
She is survived by: her husband Franz P. Ehman; her daughter Heidi Leona Ehman; her son-in-law Joe Osborne; her granddaughter Hope Ehman-Osborne; and her sister-in-law Doris H. Rugel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, nothing would please my mom more than a donation to the "Lee Ehman College Fund for Hope" 112 Cedar Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506.
