She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Sharon Bakay (Gregory) of Convent Station and Gary Balady, MD (Rosemary) of Wellesley, MA.; her brother Michael; her grandsons, Stephen Balady and Andrew Balady; and her great grandchild Julia of California.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
