He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. (Florence E. Buell) and Hawthorne; and his siblings, Constance, William, Raymond Evelyn and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Buell; his daughter Kathleen Maher (Walter); his grandson James J. Maher (Rebecca); and his great grandchild Kaitlyn Maher.
