It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francesco Ferdinando Acri of Hawthorne, New Jersey, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Angelina; his siblings, Arnaldo Acri (Franceschina) of Calabria and Giuseppe Acri of Calabria, Italy.; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Richmond and Carlo Signoretti.
He is survived by: his children, Norina Gorga (Biagio) of Midland Park and Marianna Acri (John Mattina) of Hawthorne; his grandchildren, Joseph Veturio Gorga and Gabriella Rose Maoli; his siblings, Lisuccia Ameruso (late Francesco) of Calabria and Franceschina Aloia (Ferdinanado) of Calabria; and his brother-in-law James Conklin (Phyllis Conklin) of Haledon.
