She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bee Bell and Joseph Bell; her husband Dr. Gerald Salen; her uncle Rabbi Louis Parris; her children, Philip (Michiyo), Louis (Maria), Jennifer (Yuanjun Tang) and Ruth (Jeroen Smits); and her grandchildren, Aaron, Isabelle, Vicki, Arabella and Emily Bell.
