It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Docherty Benning (Haworth, New Jersey), born in Hoboken, New Jersey, who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Benning; her parents, Archibald Galloway and Mary Hughes Galloway; and her daughter Susan Mary Benning Hoag. She is survived by: her children, Janet C. Benning Bartholf (Howard) of Richmond Virginia and Frank J. Benning Jr (Julie) of Brewster Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Robert, Brian, Timothy, Paul, Ryan, Carly and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Eve and Cooper.
