Menake (Douglas) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Christopher Fazio, Paul Joseph Fazio, Thomas Fazio, Kate Menake and Jack Menake; and her siblings, Claire Sproha of Wyckoff, Bernice Plowman of Hawthorne, Helen DioGuardi of Massapequa, NY. and William Plowman.
