He is survived by: his wife Marie Eitner; his children, Kristine Burkhalter (John), Thomas Eitner and Bryan Eitner (Sharon); his brother Joseph Eitner (Patricia); his grandchildren, Dylan and Ryann; and his brother-in-law Andrew Kopac (Nancy).
