She was predeceased by: her husband John Dorward; her parents, Stephen Toth and Julia Toth of Northampton, PA.; and her siblings, Margaret, Agnes, Rosie, Steve and John.

She is survived by: her sons, James (Susan) and John (Etelka); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Brianna, Julia, Brian and Kevin.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made in Sophie's name to the Brookdale Reformed church steeple fund.
