It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Francis Callan of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, born in New York, New York, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gerard Callan and Roy Callan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Callan; his children, Kelly Morrissey (Craig) of Hawthorne, James Callan (Alicia) of Cranford and Edward Callan (Jennifer) of Ridgewood; his grandchildren, Owen Morrissey (Alyssa), Abigail Morrissey (Luis De La), Bridget Morrissey (Nick Cuono), Liam Morrissey, Grace Callan, Jack Callan, Madeline Duggan (Kevin), Cormac Callan and Angus Callan; and his great grandchildren, Hayes, Hudson and Presley.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony's R. C. Church (276 Diamond Bridge Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Northern New Jersey Veterans Memorial Cemetery (75 N Church Rd, Sparta, NJ 07871).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
