He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Elvine "Ellie" Thompson; his children, Bruce Thompson (Nadine), Lisa Traina, Monica Colaneri and Rosanne Ippolito (Claudio); his grandchildren, Peter Traina (Brielle), Stephen Traina (Myladys), Anthony Traina, Andrew Colaneri (Emily), Nicholas Ippolito, Vincent Ippolito and Thomas Ippolito; and his great grandchildren, Meadow Traina, Artemio Traina and Loretta Colaneri.
