He was predeceased by: his former wife Virginia Sharpnack; his brothers, Frank Derek and Paul Dzerk; and also Robert Hall. He is survived by: his sons, John Brian Dzerk, Robert Stephen Dzerk and Alan Michael Dzerk (Alice Reed); his grandchildren, Ginger Dzerk (Scott Earley), Nathan Reed Dzerk and Dakota Glen Dzerk; his sister-in-law Rosalie Hall; and his close friends, Betty Vidlak and Linda Nelson.
Memorials will be donated to a charity chosen by the family at a later date.
