He is survived by: his parents, Robert and Kathy; his sister Shannon; his grandparents, Florine Matthews, Joseph Chapman and Frances Chapman; his uncles, Joseph Chapman, Penny Fine, Ken Fine, Mark Chapman, Marie Jo Tirados, Paul Chapman, Joyce Chapman, John Chapman, Sonia Chapman, Grizelle Chapman, Mark Matthews, Patti Matthews, Monica Andolino and Michael Andolino; and also, Michelle Charuza, Peter Charuza, Joseph Chapman, Cara Chapman, Miles Chapman, Kat Luettchau, Steffan Luettchau, Kelly Grasso, Anthony Grasso, Peter Max, Michael Chapman, Jillian Chapman, David Chapman, Mark, Jr., Ryan Matthews, Harvey Luettchau, Darwin Luettchau and Tabetha Charuza.
