It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, born in Hackensack, New Jersey, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys M. Jones, and Walter H. Jones, Sr.; her husband Eugene Dates; her son Peter Dates (Joanne); and her siblings, Walter H. Jones, Jr., Robert Jones and Gladys Van Langen.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Dates (Michele), Kathleen Dates, Mary Ellen Dates (Joseph Flimlin), Maureen Dates Levy (Larry), Claire McGowan (John), Kevin Dates and Margaret Dates (Michael Reid); and her grandchildren, Jason (Danette), Todd (Toni), Rhea (Jeremy), Mary (Stephanie), Matthew, Brendan (Amanda), Heather (Wes), Thomas (Dani), Shawn (Stella), Devin (Kristin), Erica (VJ), Jack, Braydon, Zackery and Vienna Skye. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
