He was predeceased by: his sister Judy Smith; and his parents, Miller M. DiSalvo and Adelaide DiSalvo. He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Darren DiSalvo; and his grandchildren, Abby and Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Bone Marrow and Cancer Foundation in care of the funeral home, in loving memory of "Mickey".
