He is survived by: his stepfather John Waivada; his wife Mary Ann Sackerman (Mack); his children, Jenna, Jake and Jamie; his grandchildren, Mikaela, Alexander and Aliya; his siblings, Daniel, Richard and Kathleen; and his siblings-in-law, Diane, Patricia, John, William Mack (Maureen), Thomas Mack (Annette) and Linda Mack (Robert Gillen).
