He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; and his brothers, Ralph and Joseph Choffo. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen McDermott, Kevin and Daniel Choffo; and his grandchildren, Jarred, Carly, Mia and Cadan Choffo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to: Harrison Education Foundation in care of the funeral home in loving memory of Roy.
