He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Fitzpatrick Jr., Barbara "Babs" Biehler and Richard "Dick" Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Ann Fitzpatrick; his children, Bartholomew Fitzpatrick and Kurt Fitzpatrick; and his brother Tom Fitzpatrick.
