He was predeceased by: his wife Coranne; and his parents, John J. Sr. and Gladys O'Callaghan. He is survived by: his sons, Fred Patterson (Maureen) of Kearny, John Patterson (Mary) of Aiken, S. C. and Daniel Patterson; his siblings, Gene O'Callaghan and Catherine Brachlow; his grandchildren, Brianne, Owen, Colleen, Lorelei, Allexis, Allison, Racheal, Chelsea, Sean, Daniel, Kyle, Ryan and Connor; and his great grandchild Bryson.
