He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty DeVizio, Salvatore and Raffaella Vitale. He is survived by: his parents, Sharon Vitale (Devizio) and Gerald Vitale; his wife Jill Vitale (Benanti); his daughter Isabella Vitale; his siblings, Denielle Vitale and Jason Vitale; his grandfather James DeVizio; his uncles, James DeVizio (Kim) and Robert DeVizio (Phyllis); his mother-in-law Joanne Benanti; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Danielle Benanti. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers, donation be made for Isabella's future educational needs.
