He is survived by: his wife Halina; his children, Anna Polak Tosun (Zeke) and Edward Polak (Shana); his grandchildren, Julia Horvath, Zeke Tosun Jr., Khadijah Tosun, Lindsey, Ryan, Katie and John Polak; and his brother Henry Polak.
