She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Simmons (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Jeff Simmons (Sophie), Neil Simmons (Marianna), Roy Simmons (Tanya), Hope McKenzie (Michael), Todd Simmons (Shelley) and Marcia Shapiro (Joe); and her sister Ivon Butman (Donald). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
