Gilligan (Harrington Park, New Jersey), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 22, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She would always say, 'It's better there." Kay loved music and singing and dancing. She sang in the choir throughout her life and Kay and Bill were always the first couple on the dance floor. She didn't like whispering, never minced words and had a wicked sense of humor, a quick wit, and a million-dollar smile. She always got the last word, and it was always funny.
