He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his children, John H. Rice, III (Patricia) of Suffern, NY and Dione Olson (Robert) of Hillsdale; his grandchildren, Zachary, Daniel, Jesse and Gracie Jo; and his sisters, Diane Zimmerman, Christine Hickey and Margo Sprague. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
