It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David P. West (Harrington Park, New Jersey), born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kathleen; his sibling-in-law Stephen Payne (Lisa); and his nephew Joshua Payne.
