He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norton and Mary Norton. He is survived by: his wife Susan Norton (Parke); his children, Charles Norton, Michael Norton and Laura Norton; and his stepchildren, Laura Hume, Richard Parke and John Parke. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Becker Funeral Home (219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ 07675).
