He was predeceased by: his siblings, Earle, John, Marie, Harry, Annie, Pauline and Annette.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Marcia Oakes; his sons, Eric (Kim), Christopher (Mary) and Sean (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Brian, Kailee, Thomas, Daniel, Emma, Abigail, Andrew and John; and his sisters, Josephine Parker and Rita Oakes. He is also survived by his loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home (120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victories RC Church (150 Harriot Ave, Harrington Park, NJ 07640). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Rockland Cemetery (201 Kings Hwy, Sparkill, NY 10976).
