He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kelley (Robinson); his son Thomas Kelley, Jr. (Amber); his nephew Sean Kelley; his grandchildren, Courtney Townsend, Meghan Kelley, Paige Townsend, Kelsie Kelley, Thomas Kelley III and Sadie Kelley; and his brother Gary Kelley (Lynn). He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
