He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rush and Sharon Robertson Rush. He is survived by: his wife Terri Rader; his sons, Derek Rush (Meghan) of Mannington and Dylan Rush (Jessica) of Mannington; his grandchildren, Donny, Daphne, Dax and Drake; his parents-in-law, Dallas and Alinda Rader; and his siblings-in-law, Carol and Ed Niblock. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
