He was predeceased by: his parents, William Winter and Mildred Winter; his wife Virginia; his daughter Amy Price; and his brother Dale E. Winter.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Otto (James) of Palmerton, PA.; his son-in-law Steve Price of Nazareth, PA.; his siblings, Thomas P. Winter of Hampton, NJ and Patricia L. Neuner of Washington, NJ.; and his nieces and nephews, Zach, Erik and Emily.
