She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kampka and Emily Kampka (Sliker); and her sister Anna. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Cassidy (Matthew), Kim Roff (Jerry Sr) and Renee Bonham (Donald); her siblings, Joseph, Joy, Sarah, Darlene and Gail; and her grandchildren, Raelee, Christopher, Victoria, Jerry Jr., Cole, Thomas, Breanna, Hunter and Hudson.
