We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2024, James F Byrne of Hampton, New Jersey, born in Plainfield, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. (Valda Byrne); and his siblings, Robert Byrne and Colleen Mattei. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Byrne of Hampton, NJ; his children, Joseph Byrne (Heather) of Pittstown, NJ, Kathleen Byrne and Kellie Byrne of Springhill, FL; his brother William Byrne (Kathryn); his brother-in-law Lawrence Mattei; his nieces, Joelle Byrne and Abby Staley (Art); his nephew Robert Mattei; his grandchildren, Lilyanna and Liam Byrne; and his friends, Mark and Diane Heitmann.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hunterdon County Parks where he was engaged to his beloved and where he spent so much time fishing.
