She is survived by: her husband David Tampier; her children, Keith Monahan (Sonia) and Katie Skillman (Cory) of Lebanon Twp; her grandchildren, Dallas, Kiersten and Avery; her brothers, Jeffrey Monahan (Jennifer), Russell Monahan of St Johns Florida and Craig Monahan (Megan); and her sister-in-law Denise Monahan.
