He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Kulka and Barbara Ann Shrader. He is survived by: his parents, Arlene Denise and Shipley (David P. Shipley); his sister Valerie Denise Quinn (Patrick Ryan Quinn); his grandparents, David Raymond and Vivian Mae May; his nieces and nephews, Patrick R. Quinn II, Ryan David Quinn and Olivia Katherine Quinn; and his significant other Heather Lynn Wolverton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Tyler's calling to save lives continues on, as his last wish was to donate his organs, and bless others with the gift of life.
