He is survived by: his wife Terry A. Lewis; his siblings, Frank Lewis, Larry Lewis, David Lewis and Nancy Lewis Renfrew; and his siblings-in-law, Leon, Betty Ford, Robert, Debbie Ford, Shirley, Joseph Grasso, Lynne and Sam Presti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
