We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2023, at the age of 90, Ruth Ann Wescoat of Hammonton, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Livingston Jacobs and Marie Jacobs of Elwood; her siblings, Irene DeAngelo, Sophie Giacobbe Hand, George Jacobs and Kenneth Jacobs; and her long-time companion Tony Capria.

She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Legg and Kelly Harper (George) of Franklinville; her grandsons, Joe Jr., Eric and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Bryce and Raelynn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
