He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Parmer, and Florence Parmer, Sr. (Teresa); and his children, Margaret Henshaw, Robert, Gerald and Thomas Parmer.
He is survived by: his son Bruce Parmer; and his son-in-law Thomas Henshaw. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
