He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Scott, Sr. and Martha Henshaw; his brother Francis Scott Henshaw, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Ronald L. and Cecelia Roff; and his brother-in-law Ronald L. Roff Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sons, Paul, Jr., Kevin, Todd (Staci) and Christopher (Briana); his brothers, Thomas, Richard, Larry (Louise) and Robert (Phyllis); and his sisters-in-law, JoAnne Henshaw, Cindy Ayers, Janice LaRosa (Joe) and Tammy Roff. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
