He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Raffa and Lillian Raffa; and his brother Ronald J. Raffa. He is survived by: his wife Janet C. Raffa; his stepdaughters, Kelly Bennett (Jose) and Katherine David (Wilson); his siblings-in-law, Patricia Marie Raffa, Kathie Connor, Joan Seale, Don McCauley and Bob McCauley; his niece Karla Marie Raffa; and his granddaughter Lucy.
