He is survived by: his wife Iris Cotto of Mullica; his children, Idamaris Cotto (Jean Salazar) and Jose Orlando Cotto (Luis Arce); his granddaughters, Thalia Walker and Jasmine Rivera; his sisters, Maria Cotto of Puerto Rico, Virginia Cotto of Puerto Rico and Nazaria Cotto of Puerto Rico; his mother-in-law Aida Rodriguez; and his siblings-in-law, Nilda Garcia (Ruben), Luis Rivera and Juan Rivera. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
