She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Caruso and Margaret Caruso (Pinto); her husband Clarence "Babe" Perna; and her brothers, Sonny and Herbert Caruso.
She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Pruchnicki (Peter) and Gerard Perna; her grandchildren, Trisha Perna and Joseph Perna; and her great grandchild Logan Perna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Minerva's memory to Alzheimer's Association 225 N. Michigan Ave. Fl 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
