He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Stowell and Patricia A. Stowell (Mangione); and his sisters, Lisa Tillett (Stowell) and Michelle Rahrer (Stowell). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Milazzo; his children, Jeffrey Michael Stowell (Jessica), Jessica Lynn Stowell and Jennifer Lauren Stowell; his grandson Gavin Jay Stowell; the mother of his children Debbie Milazzo; and his brothers, Charles Stowell (Barbara), Paul Stowell (Rose), Allen Stowell (Christine) and Bruce Stowell (Amy).
