She was predeceased by: her husband George R. Smith Sr.; her grandson Ryan Horton; her parents, Frank Schmickel and Katherine Schmickel; and her sisters, Eleanor Macrie and Dorothy Schellhas.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Horton Zellers, Glenn Smith (Rhonda) and George R. Smith, Jr. (Maryann); her grandchildren, James Horton IV (Morgan), Lindsey Miller (Robert), Tiffany Lind (Stephen), George Smith III (Stacy) and Victoria DeLaurentis (Joseph); and her great grandchildren, Rylie, Reagan Horton, Robby, Rocky Miller, Harper, Hadley Lind, Taylor, Carson Smith, Joseph and Nicholas DeLaurentis.
