She is survived by: her husband Frank Giacobbe Jr.; her children, Debbie Owens-Spado, James Owens, Edward Owens and Frank Giacobbe III; her brothers, John P. McGowan, Raymond Hemphill and James Hemphill; and her sister-in-law Gloria Giacobbe.
