He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary; and his sister Francis Giordano. He is survived by: his wife Carla Polisano; his children, Joseph M. Polisano (Bonnie) and Angela M. Polisano; his grandchildren, Lia and Natalie; his half-siblings, Vincent Polisano and Rosemarie Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Frank, Dottie Giordano, Lena Giordano (late Joe), Mary, John Entrekin, Tom and Lyn Giordano.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Harvest Church Missions, 272 Rte. 206, Hammonton, NJ.
